The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to join Moloco’s Streaming Monetization (MSM) team working on our Streaming & OTT platform, the first ML-driven monetization platform that allows leading streaming media and OTT companies to leverage the same state-of-the-art technology stack that Moloco uses to drive our own ML-powered performance ads business. In this role you will champion some of the largest ad serving customers in the APAC region, building ad tech roadmaps that let OTT publishers build market leading ads capabilities. Internally, you will be responsible for a full stack ad server roadmap and build a value proposition to bring performance-like capabilities to ad-supported streaming.
The Opportunity:
As a Group Product Manager at Moloco, you will be working with a team of seasoned technology veterans and entrepreneurs in our quest to build machine learning solutions that deliver digital growth and performance for our customers. You will be a first principles thinker who thrives with ambiguous problem statements, can context switch, and who brings a track record of applying rigor to building 0 to 1 products, ideally within the machine learning ecosystem.
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
- You have 9-12 years of work experience with at least 8 years in Product Management, ideally at platform-side companies where you have been defining problem statements.
- You have a deep curiosity to identify, understand, and empathize customer pain-points and unmet needs.
- Your creative and innovative problem-solving skills are balanced with a strong bias for action.
- Fast learner and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset but able to work your way through in ambiguous situations, able to adapt and (re)calibrate quickly with new information.
- Highly collaborative but is able to champion working asynchronously, across multiple time zones.
- You are a generalist product leader, who wants to take ownership and accountability for a customer facing charter
- Fluent in speaking and writing both Korean and English
Preferred Skills:
- Entrepreneurial experience and/or taking new products to market.
- Experience in the streaming video vertical (AVOD, FAST, CTV, etc.), ad-tech, enterprise software, cloud infrastructure industries.
- Expertise in technology areas such as machine learning, large-scale data processing, and programmatic interfaces / APIs.
- Demonstrated success in building B2B products, iterating based on customer feedback, and scaling them to global markets.
