Compensation Analyst - REMOTE

Vaco has been tasked with finding a contract Compensation Analyst to research, create and implement the organizations job architecture company wide. This candidate will meet with key managers and map out their employees and write job descriptions for each role, entering data and coding into WorkDay. Our client wants career paths laid out clearly and job descriptions accurately written and assigned.
Experience with WorkDay is required and the candidate also needs excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate in excel.
