Low Code Developer

This position will sit on the Digital Projects Improvement team, within IT PMO. Collaborate with SAP teams for systems integrations and improvements.

Utilize MS Visio for process mapping and flowcharts as necessary.

Conduct and maintain alignment with stakeholders at various levels across the enterprise.

1. Ensure continuity of project management-related applications by administering their web-based interfaces as well as database-level objects (SQL).
2. Ensure IT projects align with the organization's IT enterprise architecture, driving efficiency and scalability across systems and processes.
3. Identify and implement process and systems improvements to drive operational efficiency across the organization.
4. Ensure adherence to project management frameworks and IT governance standards.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in IT project management with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
3. Solid understanding of IT enterprise architecture and its role in aligning IT initiatives with organizational strategy.
4. PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.

Preferred:

1. Solid understanding of SQL database management.
2. Technical expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and advanced MS Excel.
3. Proficient in SharePoint development and management.
4. Strong familiarity with ServiceNow, MS Project, ADO, SAP, Visio, and SQL.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
