Job Requirements / Description
- Leadership of the Sales Process in the Territory.
- Opens new implanting centers and develops additional business at existing centers within his designated territory.
- Works with both the clinical and administrative departments of the hospital.
- Assists on implant and conducts follow-up visits when necessary.
- Successfully acquires new customers and opens new implanting centers.
- Establishes and develops stable, long-term customer relationships.
- Provides care to existing customers and new customers.
- Conceives and implements screening programs in hospitals and outpatient practices.
- Optimal planning and reporting of customer visits.
- Recruits new Study-Center – Registry and HF, monitoring the implementation.
- Provides implantation support, follow-up, and troubleshooting.
- Trains new employees.
- Develops contacts with ICD-patient self-help groups.
- Conducts follow-up visits when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Required:
- 5+ years’ experience in the cardiac device industry required.
- Proven ability to develop new business and maintain strong business relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; a working knowledge and understanding of the financial aspects of structuring an agreement.
- Ability to provide technical support to implantation and follow-up visits.
- Ability to effectively communicate with personnel in German and English.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple assignments effectively.
