Fund Reporting Specialist

My client is looking to hire on a Fund Reporting Specialist to join their team. They are looking for a candidate who has a Bachelor's degree, a strong knowledge of US GAAP, 3+ years of experience in fund reporting, and a team player attitude. The firm I am working with is a leading Global Investment Management firm in Boston, and manages around $65 Billion for their client base.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with leading private and public fund financial reporting managers
• Oversee the auditor confirmation process for each funds' annual audit cycles
• Assist with research and documentation of accounting matters
• Work with fund accountants and custodians to instruct accounting entries
• Work with fund administrators to ensure that the funds' accounting positions and policies are properly executed and presented

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in Fund Reporting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Irish and/or Australian fund experience is a plus but not required
