Position Summary:

Key responsibilities:
  • You will define long-term product strategy for your product area within Shop & Deliver
  • You will define success metrics and KPIs for your product capability and drive alignment for initiatives with your stakeholders
  • You will execute with a high-performing and growing team of product managers, engineers, UX, data scientists, and operations managers
  • You will influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive buy-in for your ideas and roadmap
  • You will consistently prioritize problems and opportunities for effort vs. potential returns to optimize your time for the highest potential impact

Need to have:
  • Spectacular critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and managing large cross-functional teams
  • 5+ years of product/tech consulting experience working closely with engineering, analytics, operations, and design team
  • Deep care for users with a high degree of intellectual curiosity
  • Successful features you've shipped within past companies and thoughtful analysis of what worked and why
  • High level of ownership and drive to quickly understand the product area, turn around an MVP, and several iterations
  • Experience building 0-1 products and scaling them
  • Experience leading product teams
  • Product experience in eCommerce/Marketplace/Delivery/Retail

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 9 years' experience in product management or related area.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products. We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
