To deliver better health outcomes and member experiences, EasyHealth partners with health plans and risk-bearing entities to enable value-based care.About the Role:As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing Quality and Care Gap visits for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Marketplace members/patients of primary care physicians, medical groups, and health plans we serve.Location:The position is based in Colorado (Denver, Castle Rock, and Littleton), and surrounding areas, and will require the applicant to have reliable transportation to travel to the patient's home. The provider will need to be flexible to travel the state as needed.What We Offer:Independent ContractorFlexible schedule1-hour session per visit.
