Hospice Patient Care Supervisor

We are seeking a Hospice Patient Care Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations at our hospice site. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will manage and coordinate the delivery of patient care, ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, and provide clinical supervision to staff. • Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Three years' direct patient care experience
• Minimum one year of management/supervisory experience
• Two or more years' experience in hospice or home care
• Current nursing license and CPR certification
• Sensitivity to the terminally ill and their families
• Knowledge of hospice concept and patient assessment skills
