This is a hotel centrally located in Parkville.

This hotel is right next to a ball field, so you will host teams playing on the field in the freshly built hotel.

Someone who understands and can execute cost controls and drive top-line revenues through promotions, marketing, and direct sales. Job Description:

  1. Responsible for the overall profitability of the Property.
  2. Coordinates and supervises the various departments' staffing.
  3. Ensures the highest standards of service, quality, and comfort exist for our guests.
  4. Maintains positive guest relations and presents a professional image through our employees.
  5. Interviews and hires employees for all departments. Maintain all payroll records.
  6. Compile and approve all revenue reports.
  7. Compile all payroll reports and verify for accuracy, prior to sending to the corporate office for pay request.
  8. Prepare daily bank deposit and make deposit at bank by 2:00pm.
  9. Personally distribute payroll on each payday.
  10. Maintain an adequate inventory of supplies and order supplies as needed.
  11. Transmit all invoices for accounts payable to the corporate office weekly.
  12. Transmit all direct bill accounts to the corporate office daily as received.
  13. Inspect a minimum of five rooms per day for cleanliness as to the standards set out by Quality Assurance policies.
  14. Review hotel exterior appearance for cleanliness of parking areas and weed control.
  15. Participate in business, community, and civic affairs in the local area.
  16. Ensure that all policies, procedures, federal, state, and local laws are adhered to by all employees in regard to personnel and safety.
