Position Summary: This executive-level position will be responsible for all facets of the financial planning process. This position will be a key member of the Finance Team, reporting directly to the CFO. The ideal candidate will understand the episodic television production business and be able to work cross-functionally with other teams, including but not limited to Creative, Business Affairs, Production, and Senior Management.

Duties and Responsibilities
Studio & Corporate Finance
· Corporate financial planning, including quarterly forecasts, yearly budget, and long range plan
· Quarterly management reporting for senior leadership, board of directors, and investors
· Manage production slate, series ultimates, forecasts, and participation statements
· Project capital needs, including credit facility cash needs, borrowing base calculation, and interest projections
- Reporting covenants
· Ad-hoc analysis
Business Operations
· Collaborate closely with physical production team on cost reporting and cash forecasting
· Advise business affairs on deal negotiations, including greenlight analysis
· Supervise development tracking, reporting, and data integrity (in Sage Intacct, Airtable, and offline)
· Headcount planning and personnel forecasts
Accounting
· Collaborate with Controller in reporting functionality in general ledger system (Sage Intacct)
· Advise development impairment
· Support series and annual accounting audit as needed
· Stand in as backup for controller in workflow approvals as needed
Qualifications and Characteristics:
· Undergraduate degree required; MBA a plus
· Minimum 7 years of related experience in financial planning and analysis
· Robust understanding of finance operations; accounting knowledge a plus
· Strong Excel experience and modeling skills required
· Experience in entertainment industry required
· Goal-oriented self-starter who will identify and execute steps while working within tight timeframes
· Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and to meet changing requirements and deadlines
· Excellent communication skills including the ability to take initiative in communicating issues and status
· Respectful and works well in a small team environment
· Proactive in initiating tasks, must be willing to be hands-on and highly collaborative
· Sage Intacct experience a plus
· Airtable experience a plus
The salary range for this position is $150K-175K+ (DOE); Full Benefits and Bonus-Eligible
