Job Requirements / Description
- 15+ years of relevant experience with deep expertise in Oracle EBS financial modules and have a proven track record of designing and implementing financial solutions in complex environments.
- Develop and document functional specifications, system design, and configuration settings.
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Strong configuration skills in Oracle EBS financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
- Extensive SOx and audit experience.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand financial processes and requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on leveraging Oracle EBS to improve financial operations and reporting.
- Conduct workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Oracle EBS financial systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and support teams.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Proficiency in Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of GXP and delivery in regulated environments / public companies.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
- High customer orientation and quality of work products.
