Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search has an opportunity available for a 4-5th year attorney with private equity and M&A experience for its client's Denver, CO office. Ideal candidates should have:
- Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and project management skills
Experience in drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other ancillary transaction documents, as well as meeting the day-to-day requirements of private equity fund and portfolio company clients, is expected.
The ideal candidate will have good business and strategic judgment and play a lead role as an extension of the client business teams, working in a team-oriented and dynamic environment. Excellent academic credentials and prior large firm experience working with private equity sponsors are required. EOE. The expected annual pay range for this position is $295,000 - $345,000.
