Nashville (Home Office) or Regional Office


Job Summary:

As the Fleet Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the title, registration, IFTA IRP programs across the network. You will be responsible for coordinating the title, registration, IFTA IRP processes, managing, and developing internal and external stakeholder relationships, levering technology, systems, and processes ensuring on time and continuous compliance with regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize program performance.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages vehicle and equipment titles and titling.
  • Manages vehicle registrations of owned and leased vehicles, ensuring registrations are completed on time.
  • Administers IFTA IRP programs, to include filing of reports, decal ordering and distribution.
  • Performs analysis of current process/programs/vendors and recommends changes as needed.
  • Prepares reports and presents on program status and changes.
  • Provides education on programs, requirements, and benefits.
  • Maintains accurate documentation for all transactions.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards governing fleet operations.
  • Proficiency in fleet management software, inventory tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel.
