Position Overview: The Salesperson at Titan Homes plays a key role in driving home sales by professionally representing the company and guiding potential buyers through the purchase process. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospects, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales goals by consistently closing home sales.
  • Communicate product offerings, building processes, and financing options clearly to help prospective buyers make informed decisions.
  • Monitor the competition and report on market trends to ensure Titan Homes remains competitive.
  • Stay updated on community information , including schools, utilities, and recreation areas, to answer customer questions confidently.
  • Complete and submit sales contracts and documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Provide personalized customer service , tracking each client throughout the sales process and addressing their needs.
  • Maintain the appearance of sales offices and model homes , ensuring they are always neat, clean, and welcoming.
  • Ensure all sales materials and supplies are well-stocked and in line with company standards.
  • Oversee signage and marketing materials on-site, making sure they are up-to-date and properly displayed.
  • Social Media Marketing create photo and video to share with our social media marketing team to keep our brand relevant.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track progress, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations that align with company training and standards.
  • Collect required payments from buyers and maintain open communication with lenders throughout the process.
  • Provide regular updates to buyers during the construction phase, ensuring transparency and addressing any concerns.
  • Build relationships with local Realtors to generate referral sales and promote Titan Homes through networking and community events.
  • Follow up with all prospects , track their decision process, and submit lost sales reports when necessary.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of sales experience in residential homes or real estate.
  • Home building industry experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance for business-related travel.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of home-building processes, financing options, and sales procedures.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively.


Work Environment:

  • A combination of office and field work; must be available to work weekends and occasional evenings.
  • Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities; must be able to adapt and thrive under pressure.


Schedule:

  • Tuesday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
  • Saturday 12-4pm (on call)
