Accumold , a leader in micro-mold plastics manufacturing, is looking for a CNC Programmer/Machinist to join their team in Ankeny, Iowa.

This opening is for a 2 nd or 3 rd shift position.

• Excellent Pay: Earn $25-$35 an hour or more based upon experience. In addition to base rate, earn a shift premium, which is an extra 10% (for 2 nd shift) or 15% (for 3 rd shift). CNC Programmers earn up to $85,000 or more in their first year (paid hourly, includes overtime, and other incentives).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build components for new tools, existing tools and molds through the use of machining centers and tool room equipment, using designs created by the engineering department.
• Read and interpret plans from paper drawings or computer files.
• Using toolmakers scope, measures, examines, diagnoses and trouble-shoots new and existing molds to make improvements or corrections.
• Work as a team with project leaders to ensure that projects are finished quickly and precisely.
• Clean and maintain production tools and molds.
• Other duties as required.
