Account Payable Representative
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent Powder Coating manufacturer in the Grand Rapids, Mi area, is seeking an Account payable representative to join their team! This role is primarily focused on date entry and management to ensure all aspects of the company's accounts are maintained correctly. A climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!
Representative Job Summary:

• Pay: based upon experience
• Part time - 15-20 hours a week
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Perform invoice and general ledger- data entry
• Processing due invoices for payments
• Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation
• Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems
• Generate purchase orders when necessary

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Previous experience with QuickBooks Online
• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
• Superb time management skills and detail oriented

• Experience in accounts payable (or accounts receivable) in an Industrial setting is preferred
