Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will guide the efforts of the marketing department and assist the Marketing Manager with administrative duties.
Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, customer experience/support or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry a plus.

• An aptitude for managing multiple, simultaneous projects and working with a team.
• Consistent with following branding for each department
• Familiar with Canva

Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the marketing request process. Ensures requests are assigned to the appropriate team member and completed within a timely manner. Communicates request status back to the department and follows up if additional information is needed.
• Coordinate production of materials by outside vendors as well as internal staff. Distribute materials to corresponding departments within the Resort.
• Maintain inventory of marketing materials, ensuring all are current and accurate.
• Develop creative ideas, process improvements, and technological solutions to expand our team's abilities
• Update promotional displays throughout the Resort.
• Performs administrative functions including answering phone calls, checking voicemails, responding to emails.
• Other duties as assigned.
