Arden's Garden is looking for a Retail Store Manager for our metro Atlanta locations! In this role, you will serve our guests by making/serving smoothies, sharing product and health knowledge, engaging, and creating wonderful customer experiences.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Operating blenders, serving, and selling healthy juices and smoothies
2. Sharing nutritional knowledge with customers
3. Ensuring Loss Prevention and overseeing inventory discrepancies and stock levels
4. Developing strong relationships with the community
5. Scheduling, hiring, training, coaching, and developing associates
6. Handling store operations and accounting (documentation, reporting, depositing)
7. Verifying and approving employee hours

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Experience operating a POS system
2. Minimum 1 year of management experience
3. Bartender, barista, and service industry experience not required but preferred
4. Good attention to details
5. Must be a multitasker and thrive in a fun & fast-paced environment
