Seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead Solution and Technical Architects across business processes such as manufacturing execution systems (MES), quality management, environmental health and safety (EHS), contract lifecycle management (CLM), supply chain planning, and sales and service. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering our digital transformation program within Enterprise Applications, showcasing strategic vision, technical prowess, and program management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of solution architects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of solutions across the specified platforms, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.
  • Drive the digital transformation program within Enterprise Applications, ensuring successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, particularly in areas related to quality, environmental health and safety (EHS), and supply chain management.
  • Lead evaluation and recommendation of software products and services in line with business and financial (TCO) goals.
  • Accountable for end-to-end ownership of applications platforms that include but not limited to differentiating LOB applications, mobile apps, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Manage budget, resource capacity plans and work schedules for the team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years of IT experience, preferably with a degree in Information Systems Technology; advanced degree desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role managing solution architects or similar technical teams.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with business processes such as manufacturing execution systems (MES), quality management, environmental health and safety (EHS), contract lifecycle management (CLM), supply chain planning, and sales and service or equivalent platforms that serve these functions.
  • Excellent people leadership skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong business stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering digital transformation programs within Enterprise Applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to quality, EHS, and supply chain management.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, budgeting, and working in a global, matrixed organization. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or relevant technical certifications. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $129,000.00 - $272,000.00 The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
