Human Resources Recruiter
Full Time / Monday - Friday
Starting Salary: $60,000.00 annually
LIFEwest is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, communicative individual with a passion to connect with talent to recruit for a growing ambulance company in the state of California.
The LIFEwest Ambulance Recruiter is part of the Human Resources team and has the essential function to find talent for open positions in the Northern and Southern California Operations. The LIFEwest Recruiter functions are heavy in outreach to local operation EMT, Paramedic, and Registered Nurse programs, host quality and professional interviews, communicate clearly and promptly with applicants, and follow through the onboarding process. The Recruiter will work closely with their HR counterpart, who oversees more of the administrative side of the employee lifecycle.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) preferred
