Job Responsibilities:

• Perform online robot programming for Sealer, UBC, and Dampening, including running trials and adjusting parameters to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct online robot programming for Primer, Base, and Clear, running trials and adjusting parameters to meet quality standards.
• Utilize offline robot programming with simulation software to perform reach studies and cycle time analysis.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Fanuc Paint Pro and Kawasaki Carott3 programming software.
• Evaluate quality using elco-meters, wave-scan, and X-Rite to ensure compliance with quality drawings and standards.
• Create handover documents by capturing snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMCs.
• Communicate effectively using Microsoft Office and maintain clear written communication.

• Experience with Digital Engineering.
• Additional related certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
