Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage holistic plan(s) for designated program(s) that represent business objectives, product launches, or market opportunity using established processes.Gathers necessary key business and user insight and incorporates into plan.Act as a single point of contact for marketing programs that require collaboration between Research and Development, Engineering Services, Human Resources, and other divisions.Maintain a working knowledge of SEL products, solutions, and product application in assigned area.Partner with managers on strategic planning efforts.Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, World Class Manufacturing Principles.Understand. Create. Simplify.Other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred7+ years of professional experience in a related fieldProven ability to manage project teams, develop and initiate actions, work independently, and accept ownership for achieving results associated with assigned responsibilities.Excellent leadership and communication skillsStrong writing, documentation, and speaking skillsAbility to learn new skills and assume new responsibilitiesStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries and in a team environmentPreferred QualificationsStrong knowledge about electrical engineering/power systems or industriesMaster's degreePhysical RequirementsNoneCompetitive pay.
