Description
The Provider Network Coordinator provides administrative support for Network Services activities. Acts as network department liaison with external and internal customers.
- Informs health plans on addition, deletion and panel closure of participating providers. Follows up with the health plans to confirm requested changes have been completed.
- Oversees the maintenance of provider demographics across multiple platforms including but not limited to Credentialing Database, EMR and consumer websites. Maintains Provider Rosters and ensures monthly updates and distribution.
Required Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years Healthcare industry experience.
