Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative/Manager to join our team. This role involves managing dealer accounts, attending industry boat shows, and providing support to both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marine products, excellent communication skills, and an ability to build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealer Account Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing dealer accounts.
- Identify new dealer opportunities and execute strategies to expand the dealer network.
- Monitor dealer performance and provide support to maximize sales.
- Client Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Provide product training and technical support to dealers and end-users.
- Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and service improvements.
- Boat Show Attendance:
- Represent the company at industry boat shows and events, showcasing our product offerings.
- Engage with potential clients and partners to promote our rescue boats and rescue packages.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight features and benefits.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marine industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of outboard motors and government rescue boat products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for boat shows and client meetings.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
