Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry We are adding a Conference and Events Program Manager to our growing Enterprise Client Strategy division in Seattle, WA. As the Conference and Events Program Manager, you will manage end-to-end logistics for multiple high-profile external meetings, thought leadership events, and McKinstry conference participation. You will develop and execute detailed work plans to drive internal coordination and elite marketplace presence. Some additional responsibilities include: Coordinate site logistics, negotiate contracts, and handle travel arrangements and accommodations. Communicate effectively with participants, manage registrations, and, at times, provide onsite support. Arrange AV equipment, oversee material production in partnership with ESM, and coordinate food service and other accommodations. Manage conference program data and reporting. Follow up after events to ensure all logistical needs are met and feedback is gathered. Manage post event accountability to drive the completion of takeaway assignments. Acts as owner of conference data organization, utilizing excel deeply in addition to McKinstry CRM, Salesforce. Intakes enterprise conference budgets, collating for enterprise with budget and analytics of spend. Other duties as assigned. What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry Bachelors' Degree or equivalent experience required. Organized, dependable, professional, and passionate about helping others. Enjoys meeting and interacting with many people. Can manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently. Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Experience using Salesforce. The pay range for this position is $72,090 - $119,300 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
