In this role, the Lead will be accountable for baselining existing, complex financial management processes and identifying holistic, tech-enabled solutions that align strategically with our FM future vision and roadmap. They will partner with CPOs, SMEs, the Chief Data Office (CDO) and other customers and partners to drive integrated solutions. This individual will share lessons learned with leadership and teams to accelerate a continuous improvement mindset in the organization.The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.What you can expect:Consulting with CPOs and teams to understand the current state, define outcomes, requirements and document the business caseConducting process mapping sessions for current state processes, identifying key pain points/opportunities and mapping out desired future stateUnderstanding FMT portfolio vision and roadmap to ensure alignment, establish appropriate metrics and measure outcomesPartnering with CPO, FMT teams process owners, CDO and Technology partners to prioritize opportunities and intentionally sequence re-engineering and automationApplying established consistent frameworks, tooling, and accountabilities regarding process excellencePromoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.What youll need:Bachelors degree in financial services, business, engineering or related fieldProven experience in process improvement or a similar roleExceptional ability to drive execution and challenge others to think bigger and bolderStrong knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, etc.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skillsProficiency in relevant process excellence software (e.g., UiPath Task and Process MiningItd be a plus if you had:Advanced degree or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologiesExperience working in agile teams or NWoWPrudential welcomes all applicants, even if you don't meet every requirement.
