Quality Control Lead

This Quality Control Lead will spearhead a collaborative and innovative team while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement for product quality.

The Quality Control Lead should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of lab experience and over 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Familiarity with HACCP, hygiene programs, SAP and overall food safety techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a thorough understanding of quality control processes.

The Quality Control Lead will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing the QC team to uphold compliance with FSSC22000 and non-GMO regulations.
• Monitor and observe product quality.
• Foster continuous improvement initiatives and utilize scientific methodologies.
• Ensure technical support and training to staff, address customer complaints and overall quality issues.
