Job Scope and Major Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily pricing analysis for review
- Loading contracts, amendments, products, and pricing notifications into the system
- Maintaining contractual documentation
- Communication with various vendors to maintain competitive pricing
- Running product usage report requests
- Reviewing various reports to maintain competitive edge. (ADHOC / Medispan Reports)
- Preparing Business Review Reports for meetings
- ADHOC Requests
- Travel as needed\
- Compliance with the provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations, as amended ("HIPAA")
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of contracting/buying experience
- Must be proficient in Office 365
- Must have working knowledge in Tableau
- Working knowledge of brand/generic conversions
- Must be able to interpret and analyze pharmaceutical sales data
- Must be able to successfully multi-task
- Strong organizational skills are a must
- Strong communication skills
