Senior Consultant

We are looking for a passionate Senior Consultant to join our team and help drive innovation in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). As a Senior Consultant at Omada, you’ll join a highly skilled international team of IGA experts. You will refine your expertise by implementing cutting-edge solutions, building strong client relationships, and developing innovative strategies that enhance our services. With a solid foundation in our comprehensive consulting program and continuous support from your team, you’ll help drive key initiatives that support both clients' needs and our business goals.

This is a Hybrid role (in-office/remote) based in Richmond, Virginia. Depending on project demands and your progress, you will be expected to work at our Richmond office to fully integrate with our collaborative, high-performance culture.

Your Team

• Your team at Omada is a diverse bunch, with expertise at different consultancy levels and backgrounds, all eager to help you integrate into the Omadian culture.
• You'll have an experienced mentor by your side throughout your first six months, guiding you through tasks and answering all your questions.
• We're all about creating value, so you'll dive into an intensive training camp alongside other new recruits, partners, and customers.
• You will be provided with a laptop, a phone, a workstation with all required equipment, and our spacious open office environment, featuring an inviting terrace, is where your creativity can thrive.

You

• You have (3-5 years) experience with knowledge of the following:
  • Identity and access governance and tools
  • Security infrastructures and Web API Security
  • Integration of diverse target systems
• You have a strong understanding of software delivery process to manage configuration and enhancements of the implemented application.
• You have experience leading complex projects or implementations.
• You have an appetite for continuous learning and adoption of best practice methodology.
• You are passionate about IT and have a knack for quickly grasping new software, tools, and technical concepts.
• You have completed a high level of education in fields requiring logical thinking and pragmatic problem-solving making you the perfect fit, such as IT, economics, finance, science, or engineering.
• You're methodical in problem analysis and excel in conveying complex ideas in clear and engaging formats. Leading discussions among people from diverse cultures is your forte, and teamwork is where you shine.
• You have an innate ability to translate knowledge into innovative problem-solving techniques, can handle extensive data, and spot patterns with ease. Outstanding communication skills, a proactive nature, and a customer-centric mindset are your hallmarks.
