The Financial Consultant is responsible for identifying, engaging, acquiring, and retaining high net worth clients in comprehensive wealth management planning. This role serves as the primary relationship manager for high net worth clients, developing revenue-producing opportunities and representing the Wealth line of business within the Bank and communities served. The base pay for this position varies based on experience and is complemented by a competitive benefits program.
- Client Acquisition: Identifying and attracting new clients through direct prospecting efforts, client referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Relationship Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for high net worth prospects and clients, providing expert wealth management advice and executing high-touch, client-centric experiences.
- Strategic Advice: Developing long-range wealth plans for clients and identifying appropriate products and services based on client needs and goals.
- Collaboration: Fostering effective partnerships with Bank stakeholders to deliver comprehensive wealth management products and services to clients.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in client acquisition and financial planning, or High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience. Preferred experience in client acquisition, asset gathering, financial planning, investment management, and insurance planning. Required licenses include Series 7, 65 or 66, and State Life & LTC Insurance License, with an Advanced Advisor/Planning Designation preferred.
