Mercy is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to serve as Medical Director for our Hospitalist program in Rogers, Arkansas. Responsibilities
- Lead the hospital medicine physicians and APP’s providing strong department leadership.
- Serve as the liaison between the physicians/APP’s, administration, medical staff, and nursing.
- Oversee a team of 27 hospitalists at Mercy Rogers and Mercy Berryville.
- Collaborate closely with UAMS IM residency leadership to ensure a great teaching environment.
- Must have current or previous leadership experience.
- Role will have both clinical and administrative duties.
- Fully Integrated Epic EMR.
- Excellent subspecialty support available.
