Services Marketing Strategy and Delivery office will support the internal and external marketing operations within the Services line of business. The primary focus will be to streamline our workflows and ensure that all marketing projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

The Role:

Citi Services Marketing Strategy and Delivery SVP will be an integral part of our marketing team. You will be responsible for crafting project schedules, supervising the workflow of marketing and content teams, assigning project-specific tasks, handling logistics, supporting the team by removing roadblocks, and updating internal stakeholders and clients on project progress and status.


Your main objective in this role is to streamline internal workflows, ensure all marketing deliverables meet our quality standards, and see that projects are executed on time, on budget and according to stakeholder expectations.


You'll also be responsible for monitoring the results of the campaigns we deliver. This means you'll have to measure their performance regularly, identify areas for improvement, and help fine-tune the campaigns when necessary to ensure our teams are achieving the appropriate ROI.


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborating with the rest of the marketing team to implement the relevant strategies and execute on agreed-upon marketing plans.
  2. Serve as liaison with team and stakeholders regarding project updates, proposals, and planning.
  3. Organizing the project workflow within the Services marketing organization and distributing work equally to all participating team members.
  4. Cooperating with our Campaign, Operations, and other supporting Marketing teams to determine the necessary project budget and alignment.
  5. Oversee daily operations in collaboration with CMO and department leaders and perform tasks such as managing team project schedules and calendars, planning, budgeting, and coordinating team bi-annual meetings.
  6. Providing the necessary work resources to employees.
  7. Analyzing campaign performance and suggesting improvements to ensure our marketing initiatives deliver the promised results.
  8. Determining deadlines for each stage of ongoing and future projects and ensuring that the marketing team members respect them.
  9. Employing freelancers or temporary contractors to help with bigger projects.
  10. Communicating with stakeholders to get a better understanding of their project-related preferences or update them on project status.
  11. Assist the human resource needs such as new hires, including documentation, onboarding, and team engagement activities.
  12. Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations and help define new operational strategies by working with CMO and other leaders on special projects.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum of ten years of experience in marketing traffic management, marketing operations, project management or a similar position
  2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, and others) is a plus
  3. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
  4. Eagerness to work on multiple initiatives at the same time
  5. Solid decision-making skills and a sense of prioritization
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel) and project management software (Wrike, Basecamp, Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.)
