Your role in our Mission

Our mission is to make the world a better place to work. To achieve this mission, we need you to drive revenue growth and market expansion by developing and executing effective channel marketing strategies. This involves building strong relationships with channel partners, supporting sales efforts, ensuring brand consistency, and staying competitive through innovation and awareness of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop channel marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Act as key business partner and marketing counterpart to channel director
  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners
  • Create and execute marketing programs tailored for partners
  • Provide training and support to educate partners on products
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics
  • Stay informed about industry trends
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments
  • Report on the effectiveness of channel marketing efforts

Skills

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B marketing
  • Previous experience in channel or partner marketing is advantageous
  • Familiarity with the HR SaaS industry is beneficial
  • Experience in sales enablement and cross-functional collaboration is valuable

  • First-round interviews with the Head of Growth Marketing, Director of Marketing, and Director of Channel Partnerships
  • Final presentation and assessment with Head of Growth Marketing, Director of Marketing, and Director of Channel Partnerships
