The Bloomsbury Hotel, part of the prestigious Doyle Collection, is excited to announce an opening for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to support our exceptional teams. The Hotel Manager will assume operational responsibility and drive the performance of our unique property. With extensive experience in luxury lifestyle properties and knowledge of front office and food & beverage operations, you will contribute to the creation of a brand of one to maximise reputation, revenue and profitability across all areas in line with budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring that every aspect of service meets the highest standards of luxury and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and develop department heads across all areas, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment that empowers staff to excel.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experiences, increase satisfaction scores, and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain and uphold the luxurious service standards synonymous with the Doyle Collection brand, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics, utilising data-driven decisions to optimise hotel operations and improve overall efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as hotel policies, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and employees.
  • Maximise commercial opportunities and implement effective cost control measures to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in hotel management, ideally with a focus on rooms and front-of-house operations.
  • Strong knowledge of all operational areas within a luxury hotel setting, with the ability to integrate and streamline processes effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a talent for building strong relationships with both staff and guests.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service throughout the hotel.
