Rural Resources Community Action is looking for an Emergency Housing Assistant. The Emergency Housing Assistant will be full-time (40 hours per week), non-exempt position based in our Colville office.At RRCA, we are dedicated to assisting people and communities in developing the skills, resources, and services necessary to improve their general welfare and we need an Emergency Housing Assistant who shares that passion.In this key role, you would be responsible for:Data Entry: Accurately inputting and managing data to ensure our records are up-to-date.Accounts Payable Processing: Assisting in managing invoices and rental payments and ensuring timely payments.Client intake assistance: Supporting case managers with client intake processes to provide seamless services.File Management: assist in maintaining file accuracy for current clients, organizing and filing closed client files.Outreach: provides outreach regarding emergency program operations to partner entities and landlord.(Education and Experience ){.underline} To apply for this position, you will need a High School Diploma or GED and three years' progressively responsible experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, two years computer data entry experience ( ){.underline}OR( ){.underline} Any combination of education and experience which would provide the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge and ability required to perform the job.(Salary Information){.underline} ( ){.underline}The Emergency Housing Assistant position is offered at $19.87-$21.49 per hour. Actual wage will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to experience and qualifications.
