We are currently seeking to add a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to our Home Services team in Canal Winchester. This position will require periodic travel to our other Ohio locations. The salary for this position is contingent on experience with an incentive plan contingent on department performance and meeting certain Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).

Job Summary:
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales teams across our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical home services divisions. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide guidance and support to ensure effective leadership within the team.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth across all service divisions. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions to address performance gaps and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, accounting, operations, customer service, and service departments, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of business goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management. Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and market analysis.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical home services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Service Titan CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
