**About the Role:
**
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our New York City office. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership on a range of marketing and business development activities, including crafting proposals, maintaining the firm’s digital presence, and supporting our strategic growth initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to contribute directly to our ongoing success and visibility in the architecture and design industry.
**Responsibilities:
**
- Collaborate with firm leadership to develop and produce tailored RFP and RFQ responses, portfolios, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Research, identify, and screen new business opportunities.
- Track industry trends and potential leads to support strategic business development efforts.
- Create and maintain content for digital platforms including social media, newsletters, and the firm’s website.
- Manage project documentation and marketing assets, such as digital images, project descriptions, and staff bios.
- Design and produce graphics for internal and external communications, including client presentations.
- Coordinate with subconsultants for proposals and marketing materials.
- Manage the submission process for design awards.
- Support the preparation of conferences, and other firm events.
**Qualifications:
**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within the architecture, engineering, or design sector.
- Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Experience in producing high-quality RFP/RFQ responses and proposal documents.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and experience managing social media platforms.
