Chief Marketing Officer

Our client is a software company. They seek a Chief Marketing Officer to join their West Palm Beach, FL office.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and grow a team of ten to drive marketing and e-commerce growth
2. Liaise with Fintech, Marketplace, UX, Engineering, and Sales teams
3. Design and implement quarterly marketing objectives aligned with goals
4. Lead marketing strategies across direct response, email, social media, and SEO
5. Oversee brand positioning and content creation by providing creative direction
6. Supervise the marketing team by defining brand guidelines and giving feedback
7. Uphold a consistent brand experience that supports both commerce and ad sales
8. Optimize resource allocation by deciding when to utilize internal vs external tools

Requirements

1. 10+ years of leadership experience in multiple marketing disciplines
2. Proven success leading a fast-growing marketing organization
3. Experience managing third-party vendors and negotiating contracts
4. Direct-to-consumer and e-commerce experience
5. Demonstrated success in direct response, email, social, and affiliate marketing
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Organized, analytical, and keen attention to detail
8. Strong computer skills and technically savvy
