Overview /Objective:
The NFL is now hiring a Senior Manager of Social Production and Creator Activation to become a key contributor within a world-class team responsible for several key areas.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead creative development and execution of original content including but not limited to current NFL players, NFL Legends, influencers, creators, and other talent in support of year-round NFL initiatives and campaigns
  • Spearhead social content activations and social production across select NFL tentpole events, including but not limited to Super Bowl, Pro Bowl, NFL Draft, and NFL International Games
  • Work cross-functionally on new business opportunities which will enable and deepen fan engagement globally
  • Support key NFL partnerships through creative content executions across the NFL calendar utilizing creators, influencers, and social platform collaborations
  • Organize and manage team timelines across assigned projects, ensuring streamlined communication and reporting through project lifecycles
  • Develop bespoke storytelling opportunities throughout and beyond NFL calendars in collaboration with the NFL's Player Social Team
  • Support Social Strategy and Emerging Platforms team needs on day-to-day management of projects, campaigns, reporting, and platform innovations
  • Partner with Sr. Director of Social Strategy & Emerging Platforms and relevant teams to execute unique content across new technologies and platforms (AR, VR, etc.)
  • Drive social content strategy that strengthens NFL presence amongst key audiences globally
  • Work directly with the Sr. Director, Social Strategy and Emerging Platforms to execute innovative and "first-ever" work across the NFL Calendar
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in social media / digital marketing
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team in the social / digital space.
  • Proficient in MS office products such as: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Proven understanding of social media landscape
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Passion for the creators and understanding of the creator economy
  • Strong understanding of the NFL, our clubs, and players

  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, along with strong time management abilities.
  • Creative and entrepreneurial nature to bring new projects to life
  • Ability to work in a cross-organizational / department fashion

Terms /Expected Hours of Work:
NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week. Indicate whether the role will require overtime (time worked more than 40 hours) and/or weekends. Note* If your position will work under 30 hours per week, they should be part-time. FLSA** If an employee will be paid hourly, they will be non-exempt, and if they are paid a salary, they are exempt.
Salary / Pay Range

The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
Salary
$120,000-$145,000 USD
