Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.1+ years of previous experience as a HR, business, financial, or supply chain operations background1+ years analysis experienceProject Management skillsBusiness Analysis skills - gathering of requirementsDetail-orientedOrganizing tasksTakes initiativeGood listenerExcel - Highly proficientPowerPoint - Highly proficientPreferred QualificationsMBAConsulting experienceMRO or Industrial experienceJob SummarySupport the implementation of business initiatives by conducting research, analyzing data, and assisting in the execution of project plans.Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key AccountabilitiesConducts research and data analysis to support project planning and inform the decision-making process.Creates and maintains detailed documentation of project processes, workflows, and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency.Tracks project progress and reports on key metrics and deliverables to keep stakeholders informed.Coordinates with team members and stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide timely updates on project status.Identifies potential issues or roadblocks and escalates them promptly to facilitate quick resolution.Prepares and distributes project-related communications, including meeting agendas, minutes, and status reports, to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.Conducts post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of processes.Nature and ScopeDemonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data.Nature of work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual, complex problems or issues. Work review typically involves periodic review of output by a supervisor and/or direct customers of the process.May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support or professional personnel.Work EnvironmentLocated in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Education and ExperienceTypically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
