Qualifications
Basic

1. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
2. At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

1. At least 8 years of experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large scale .Net/Java centric enterprise application systems.
2. At least 4 years of hands-on application development experience in Bizagi 9.x/10.x/11.x.
3. Should be Bizagi professional/Bizagi Developer certified.
4. At least 4 years of experience in project execution.
5. Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.
6. Analytical skills.
7. At least 5 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers, and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams.

5. At least 2 years of experience in PL/SQL and shell (Unix/Linux) scripting.
6. At least 2 years of experience in database Oracle or MS/SQL.
7. At least 2 years of experience in either JSP/JavaScript or any object-oriented programming language.
8. Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.
9. Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
