Brand overview
As the Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, and greater Eva NYC leadership team across many projects and key initiatives. You'll support the team on a wide array of exciting projects, including but not limited to product marketing initiatives, competitor and industry research, product sampling campaigns, brand operations, trade shows, brand partnerships, company wide events and administrative tasks that keep the brand running smoothly.
Location: Brooklyn, NY (can work remotely)
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + bonus
Responsibilities:
Brand Marketing
  • Support Senior Director Brand Marketing with operations, research, marketing tactics and administrative tasks
  • Support Brand Marketing Manager with monthly MBR analysis as well as social/ digital competitor analysis as needed.
  • Coordinate product needs for content shoots, press mailings, events and other opportunities
  • Work with brand marketing team to create, fun, inspirational and winning content that showcases the effectiveness, sustainability and quality of the brand, its products and packaging
  • Own and lead PR support; award tracking; sharing pr news with wider team, working in conjunction with the consumer engagement team to craft key brand messaging and provide overall support to the PR function of Eva NYC including meeting minutes and action items.
  • Assist with national sampling campaigns to ensure large scale trial, awareness and ratings and reviews
  • Own asset management of key creative assets via Box
  • Work seamlessly with the Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative and Sales teams
Product Marketing
  • Support Product Marketing Manager in all stages of the product development process
  • Help manage product requests and details in all internal trackers and databases, keeping them regularly updated including Product Master
  • Conduct research on trends and competitors to help team develop new product launch ideas (target audience, pricing, competitive analysis)
  • Assist with new product launches in regards to brand sales and education needs
  • Remain up to date on emerging trends in the beauty and hair care space, especially among our competitors
Eva NYC Team Support
  • Handle general admin tasks including scheduling meetings, facilitating travel, filing expense reports, coordinating team activities, managing invoices, taking and circulating meeting notes, etc.
  • Support with key internal event coordination including bi-annual company conferences and team trips where relevant
  • Support retailer go to market needs such as delivery of innovation comps
  • Manage sales orders
  • Assist with monthly all hands meeting presentation support and coordination
Requirements:
  • Based in NYC
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 1+ years of professional experience in marketing
  • Awareness of beauty landscape, products, trends
  • The ability to act fast and in real-time
  • Highly organized creative thinker + problem solver
  • A hands-on self-starter with strong organizational skills who is comfortable with fast turnarounds and tight timelines
  • Proficiency in all business programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe, Asana,
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team
  • Someone who can lead by example and encompass Eva NYC's core values
