Spring Arbor Senior Living of Williamsburg, VA is actively seeking a Sales and Marketing Director. The Sales and Marketing Director is the brand ambassador for our Spring Arbor communities. This role is responsible for the sales, marketing, and public relation goals of the community by developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan within the company budget and guidelines. The Sales and Marketing Director is also responsible for meeting, or exceeding, the community’s quarterly census and revenue goals.

- Proven track record in senior living sales (or related industry), preferably in the Williamsburg market
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Organized, methodical, and motivated
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
WHAT YOU WILL DO!
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, to include tracking the success of the strategies
- Plan and implement engaging marketing activities and events
- Host and attend community events and develop positive community relations
- Monitor and maintain budget
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to determine the community's advertising needs
- Meet all monthly sales activity standards including: follow up calls, professional sales calls, event planning, and monthly lead banking mailings
- Meet the community’s move-in and census goals each month and remove any barriers to meeting the goals
- Establish a strong network of professional and agency referral sources
- Research and maintain information on local competition including rates, specials, services, etc.
- Implement and monitor a move-in system to ensure all resident records are complete prior to admission
- Complete weekly and quarterly census reports
- Schedule presentations with prospective residents and families, ensuring that presentations are brand and customer-focused and accurate
- Support Resident Care Director in the assessment process to determine eligibility for resident occupancy
