Location: Aberdeen, SD

Position Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement territory sales plans to meet goals.
- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and support.
- Expand business through effective cross-selling and up-selling.
- Stay informed on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Visit job sites as needed and provide top-notch service.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure profitability.
- Monitor customer credit status and ensure policy compliance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Proficiency in business math and familiarity with engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and distribution software.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with product knowledge and wholesale distribution experience preferred.
