We're looking for a Store Manager for our Palm Beach Gardens location. The successful candidate will enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and manage staff effectively. As the leader of Sales and Customer Services, you will drive sales and focus on providing the best experience to our customers!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, greeting and acknowledging every guest, and maintaining high standards.
• Analyze and measure business trends; develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives.
• Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels, presentations, and assortments in all departments; ensure the selling floor is adequately stocked.
• Comparison shop and report results; share information with the director and make appropriate price adjustments.
• Review department/store trends and recommend changes for maximizing goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular management and staff meetings, store walk-throughs, and audits.
• Evaluate and react to performance issues and actively recruit management candidates.
• Train and develop store management in all aspects of the business; direct and monitor training for all store personnel.
• Additional duties as required.
