Our IT team is looking for a Sr. IT Support Analyst to join us! We are looking for someone that is excited about learning and implementing new technologies as well as supporting our internal customers. If you are tenacious and have an entrepreneurial focus- this could be the role you are looking for!Location:This role offers work location flexibility. With the option to work in Buhler, KS or Wichita, KS.Key Responsibilities:Maintain an inventory of installed software, managing software licensing, and creating policies and procedures for upgradesAnalyze and make recommendations for hardware and software standardizationCreate accounts and managing access controls based on company policiesMaintain, analyze, and repair hardware and software systems.Respond to tickets, troubleshoot, and resolve problems in a timely manner.Support and enforce information technology (IT) policies.Set up and configure new systems, new applications, and upgrades.Manage SaaS application user account information, permissions, and rights, including groups.Document standard procedures and processesDesired Attributes:Customer service-oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources.Enjoy solving complex problemsEnjoy working with and educating team membersStrong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAdaptable to changing prioritiesAbility to communicate technical information at a variety of levels, depending on the customerExhibits desired interpersonal skills: empathy, patience, and kindness on a daily basis
