About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Development to lead our global business development team and drive the growth of our organization in permitted jurisdictions. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of regulatory landscapes and traditional finance (TradFi). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, people management, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-driven approach.
What You'll Be Doing
- Work closely with other departments of the company to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate local crypto regulations in various countries.
- Manage teams for identifying and developing major accounts in permitted jurisdictions, fostering long-term relationships with high-value clients, driving account growth through strategic initiatives and personalized engagement, and developing and maintaining global partnerships.
- Collaborate with the product team to enhance existing products and develop new offerings that meet market demands, ensuring product alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead and inspire a global business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration, while setting clear objectives, providing mentorship, and driving team performance to achieve ambitious targets.

The salary range for this position is $210,000 - $315,000. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
