Job Summary:
Welcome to the original Wiseguy Lounge! Nestled within Goodfellas Pizzeria in the Mainstrasse neighborhood of Covington, we pride ourselves on serving authentic New York-style pizza and exceptional craft cocktails, alongside one of the largest bourbon selections in the world. Goodfellas Pizzeria operates three restaurants in Greater Cincinnati and is committed to offering top-notch service and a fantastic dining experience. This is a high-volume bar. Bartenders working in a high-volume environment with exceptional craft cocktail experience and superior bourbon knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
This position is part-time with the availability to work opening or closing shifts and mandatory weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails and drinks with precision and flair.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of bourbon and assist customers in making selections.
• Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior craft cocktail-making skills.
• Extensive knowledge of bourbon and ability to educate customers about different selections.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle a high-pressure environment and remain composed during busy periods.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
