Foster Energy, LLC is seeking a Sales Coordinator to be responsible for coordinating the sales processes for equipment & liquid sales and manage communications between the sales team, suppliers and the customers.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport for Liquid Sales in Contract Management, New Customer Setup, Relationship Management, and Coordinating all aspects of ensuring a positive customer experience from sale to delivery.Effectively schedules sales team members for consultations with prospective customers.Communicates install dates with customers.Generates and sends quotes to customers.Inputs quotes into Blue Cow.Creates new customer accounts in Blue Cow.Builds and completes customer contracts for service and fuel oil.Manages Billing Flow to ensure we invoice upon completion of all work performed.Approves and processes Payroll for the sales team.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position may require supervision and management of employees in the Sales Department, as determined by the Director of Sales.
