Salary starts at $13/hr, tips usually range between $3-5/hr. Back of House (BOH) members are incredibly important part of the Toastique team. BOH members are responsible for prepping, dish washing, juicing and assisting wherever else in the store when needed. The biggest responsibility they have is ensuring juices are properly made, making sure all prepared items are ready for each shift, and making sure the store is always clean which includes, but not limited to, utensils, equipment, bathrooms, Front Of House (FOH) and Back Of House (BOH).
